General Information:

The South Bay Regional Public Communications Authority (RCC) is a multi-jurisdictional emergency communications system providing police dispatching for the cities of Gardena, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.

They also provide fire dispatching for Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach. Gardena and Hawthorne contract their fire services to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
