Traffic was backed up Friday in the Sepulveda Pass after a NBC4 News truck caught fire on the 405 Freeway. NBC photographer Joel Cooke, who was the only person in the vehicle, was traveling northbound on the 405 Freeway near the Getty Center when the vehicle caught fire.
